Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our cleaning services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Welcome to the website of Sparkle and Clean. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations.

Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of cleaning services ("Services") by Sparkle and Clean ("Service Provider") to consumers ("Clients") in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ("CRA 2015").
Contract
1.1. These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Sparkle and Clean and the Client.
1.2. The Client agrees that any use of The Sparkle and clean services , including placing an order for services by telephone, email, website forms or by any other digital communication shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by The Client.
1.4. No variation of these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by the owner of the Company.
1.5. The Company provides a minimum charge of 2 hours per cleaning visit.
1.6 The client must provide or upload pictures or videos of the facilities/rooms and indoor spacing of any sort that requires cleaning for deep cleaning or end of tenancy services. Failure to do so will lead to termination of contract.
1.7 If by any means any media provided to the Service Provider is a false representation or does not appeal the same in person to the photos/videos provided the Service Provider will terminate or reschedule the service upon inspection.

2. Services Provided
2.1 The Service Provider shall provide cleaning services to the Client at the address specified by the Client.
2.2 The cleaning services shall include but not be limited to surface sanitizing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping upon request on description.
2.3. Any additional services requested by the Client shall be agreed upon by the parties in any digital or physical writing and may incur additional charges. Work requested that isn’t covered in the original brief will be quoted separately and added to the original invoice.
2.4. Declining to provide additional services will not affect the provision of the original services contracted by the Client.
2.5 The client understands the Service Provider is equipped with their own tools and products unless by any other means the client would like the Service Provider to use their own.
2.6 The Service Provider will not take any responsibility for any damage or not working equipment unless at the Service Providers fault.
2.7 If a staff member of Service Provider does not know how to use equipment or product provided the client must clearly demonstrate how to use the item properly.

3. Quality of Service
3.1. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet your requirements.
3.2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will work with you to address the issue.
3.3. Any refund or adjustment to the invoice will be at our discretion.

4. Customer Requirements
4.1. It is the responsibility of the customer to describe their cleaning requirements in detail.
4.2. If any areas or items are not specifically mentioned, we may assume they do not require cleaning and will not be held responsible for any omissions.
4.3. The customer must provide clear instructions and make any requests known in advance.

5. Liability
5.1. We take great care to ensure that our cleaning services are performed safely and responsibly.
5.2. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage to property or possessions that occurs during the cleaning service, unless it is due to negligence on our part.

6. Payment
6.1. Any fees for cleaning services we provided are due on the day of service via invoice from the Service Provider.
6.2. If payment is not received within three days of the due date, outstanding charges may be applied.
6.3 Late payment over 24 hours will incur a fee of 15% a day for three days by the agreed price of the service.
6.4. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file for any outstanding fees or balances that remain unpaid after the due date.
6.5. We will provide beforehand notification of any such charges via email or other electronic means.
6.6 We shall invoice monthly, weekly or at the end of a project dependent on the agreed terms.
6.7 Refund will be issued if a Cleaner does not attend a cleaning visit unless agreed to reschedule, payment for which has been already received by the Company .

7. Cancellation:
7.1 If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, they must give at least 72 hours' notice.
7.2 If the Client fails to provide sufficient notice, the Service Provider may charge a cancellation fee.

8. Termination:
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
8.2 Any outstanding fees owed by the Client shall become immediately due and payable upon termination.

9. Our Guarantee
9.1 Sparkle and Clean has built its business, reputation and clientele by providing its clients with specific needs and to the upmost standard possible. Still, we realise that humans aren't perfect they sometimes make mistakes. For this reason, the Company offers a Guarantee. If the Client is not satisfied with any areas that have been cleaned, the Service Provider owner will come back to the Client’s premises and re-clean those areas free of charge.
Please note that this guarantee will not apply if the condition of the premises has deteriorated since the original cleaning was undertaken or was not asked of before service provided.
9.2 To ensure our best service we can provide our policy requires us to always ask the client if anything else needs to be done and if the customer is happy. If so our staff members have the right to leave upon satisfaction.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom in which the cleaning services are provided.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or website without prior notice or liability.
