However, to ensure the smooth running of our business, we have an established cancellation policy as follows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation, defined as less than 72 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee . We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients, and our cleaning staff is scheduled in advance to accommodate your cleaning appointment.
